Colors of Solace

In a world where beasts from outer space are mysteriously attached to Black boys. It is Marcel’s job as a cop to kill these allegedly dangerous creatures, just as he killed his own beast in the past. But everything that Marcel believes is put to the test when the cop is forced to help his protégé, Josiah, harness his own beast. Colors of Solace is a social-realist, New Weird, and fantasy drama about embracing your own uniqueness and the resilience of Black Joy within an oppressive society.
